This Reservation Policy, may be amended from time to time. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions and Reservation Policy set out below.
1. Reservation Policy
Through the website maritim.lv visitors can make temporary accommodation reservation. By making a reservation at Maritim Park Hotel Riga you enter into a direct contractual relationship with hotel.

Check-out time till: 12:00
Not guaranteed reservations are held up to 18:00 on the arrival day. To guarantee reservation in case of late arrival please or for any other reason please give credit card details or make a deposit payment!
2. Prices and Best Price Guarantee
The prices and availability on our site are controlled by Maritim Park Hotel Riga and are completely reliable. All prices on our website are per room and are displayed including VAT and breakfast.
We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your stay. Should you find your accommodation, with the same reservation conditions, at a lower rate on the Internet we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate under the terms and conditions of the Best Price Guaranty.
All special offers and promotions are marked as such and are non-refundable.
3. Credit card or bank transfer
In order to guarantee your reservation we require credit card details. As such, we may verify (i.e. pre-authorize) your credit card. In order to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
For certain (non-refundable) rates or special offers, please note that Maritim Park Hotel Riga require that payment is made upfront by wire transfer (if available) or by credit card, and therefore your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged upon making the reservation. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
By making a reservation at Maritim park Hotel Riga you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy and to any additional terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel. The general cancellation and no-show policy:
4.1 .The Customer shall inform the Hotel of any cancellation of room nights and or other services requested by the Customer and agreed upon by the Hotel in a writing (e-mail and fax will be considered as official documents).
4.1.1 Free cancellation for Standard rate is at arrival date till 18:00 local time.
4.2. In case of cancellation the Hotel shall send to the Customer a summary of appropriate cancellation fees if applicable. Unless cancellation policy has been established between the two parties with or without “cancellation fees”.
4.3. The Customer shall pay penalty fee of 100% for “No Show” (1 night stay), if the room for individual guest is cancelled less than 24 hours before the guest’s arrival in the Hotel or if the guest does not show up at all.
4.4. Discounted, non-refundable and reduced rates require pre-payment for the entire stay and therefore, do not permit cancellations or modifications to be made to the booking. The rate includes breakfast, Wi-Fi, use of fitness room, business center, parking and the VAT.
All pre-payed bookings must be guaranteed by credit card upon purchase.
There are no reimbursements for cancellations or modifications made to the booking.
